Proposed Changes to Exceptions Regulatory Text
The Office of the General Counsel has prepared draft regulations that revise existing regulations covering parties’ exceptions to proposed decisions and responses thereto, for consideration by the Board. If authorized by the Board, the rulemaking package, including Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Proposed Text, and Initial Statement of Reasons, will be filed with the Office of Administrative Law to initiate the formal rulemaking process.
