Board to Consider Two Proposed Rulemaking Packages in April

The Board will consider two proposed rulemaking packages at the April 14, 2022 Board meeting. First, the Board will consider an update to the proposed Request for Accommodation regulations. The Board will also consider draft regulations for special remedies under the Public Employee Communication Chapter as a result of the passage of Senate Bill 270 (Chapter 330, Statutes of 2021).
