Disposition: The ALJ issued a proposed decision concluding that the Coast Community College District issued a negative performance evaluation and denied a class assignment in retaliation for engaging in protected activities.  Following the filing of exceptions, the Board granted the parties’ request to withdraw the matter due to a settlement.  The Board vacated the proposed decision and dismissed the unfair practice charge with prejudice.
