Description: The complaint alleged that the County violated the MMBA by unilaterally changing the union release time compensation policy when it denied union release time compensation to a member of the bargaining team during successor negotiations.

Disposition: The ALJ concluded that the respondent had engaged in the unfair practice as alleged. After exceptions were filed, the parties settled their dispute and requested withdrawal.  The Board granted the request and dismissed the unfair practice complaint and underlying charge with prejudice.
