Description:  Charging party alleged that the District violated EERA by retaliating against him for engaging in protected activity; violating his Weingarten right to representation; violating the evaluation procedures provided for in the collective bargaining agreement; and violating various provisions of the Education Code.

Disposition:  The Office of the General Counsel dismissed the charge for failure to state a prima facie case and lack of jurisdiction.  The Board affirmed the dismissal of the charge and adopted the warning and dismissal letters of the Office of the General Counsel.
