Description: Charging Party Ricardo Prado Cedano (Cedano) appealed the dismissal of his unfair practice charge alleging that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (District) violated the Educational Employment Relations Act (EERA) by terminating his employment, failing to bargain in good faith, and engaging in unlawful conduct against bargaining unit members. Cedano additionally made several allegations against California School Employees Association. The Office of the General Counsel dismissed the charge for failure to state a prima facie case.
Disposition: The Board adopted the warning and dismissal letters as the decision of the Board itself and affirmed the dismissal of the unfair practice charge.
