Decision Headnotes

1107.00000 – CASE PROCESSING PROCEDURES;PROCEDURES BEFORE THE BOARD
1107.10000 – Request for Reconsideration

In its request for reconsideration, the union contends the Board erred by failing to determine that the two police officers it excluded from its proposed bargaining unit were not peace officers under the Penal Code and, therefore, find they were properly excluded from the proposed unit. In essence, the union’s request for reconsideration reiterates the arguments it made on appeal. However, restating arguments made on appeal does not satisfy the criteria for reconsideration in PERB Regulation 32410.
