Notice of Approval of Changes Without Regulatoy Effect
In this action, the Public Employment Relations Board changes gendered language to gender neutral language and fixes other non-substantive grammatical issues. The Office of Administrative Law approved this change without regulatory effect as meeting the requirements of California Code of Regulations, title 1, section 100 on July 27, 2023.
The changes became effective on July 27, 2023.
