Childcare Provider Organizations
On July 1, 2019, Governor Newsom signed Senate Bill 75, which requires PERB to pre-determine whether an entity seeking to represent childcare providers qualifies as a Provider Organization, as defined. For this purpose, PERB created an application that entities seeking Provider Organization status may submit to PERB. Please see the attachment below to use the application.
