PERB LAUNCHES NEW ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM

The Public Employment Relations Board has launched its new electronic filing and case management system. The ePERB Portal expands the public’s access to PERB’s records and processes. Users can initiate new cases, file and access documents in existing cases, and can check the status of any matter* pending before PERB by signing up for an account today. Users with or without an account may view lists of filed documents and scheduled events. Please click here to be taken to the Portal for more information.

The Portal is the newest and best way to file with PERB, but users may still file in accordance with any method authorized in PERB’s regulations.

* Case records predating November 1, 2019 are not fully digitized and may be incomplete.
