The Average Time to Decision at the Board Itself

The Board is issuing decisions in a fraction of the time that was common in 2017 at the outset of the Case Processing Efficiency Initiative (CPEI). In the coming months, the Board will issue a final report on the CPEI actions and outcomes. While this phase comes to an end, PERB’s efforts to improve our efficiency will continue.
