A unit consisting solely of hourly paid bus drivers is not appropriate and is denied even though denial of the petition means the employees will not be represented. Hourly drivers perform the same work as monthly drivers. Both have virtually identical conditions of employment and the hourly driver's community of interest with the monthly drivers is indisputable.
