The Board granted the County’s request to withdraw the unfair practice charge and appeal with prejudice, finding the withdrawal to be in the best interests of the parties and to be consistent with the purposes of the MMBA. Attached to the request was a notice that the parties had jointly agreed to a comprehensive settlement agreement.
