Request for reconsideration failed to establish either ground for reconsideration set forth in PERB Regulation 32410(a). The request merely restated arguments made on appeal and no sworn declaration was provided in support of newly presented facts. Alleged prejudicial errors of fact were not material to the Board’s decision and Board’s alleged error of law in finding no good cause to consider late filed addendum to appeal is not grounds for granting reconsideration.
