The Board disestablished all relationships between the Senate and the District having to do with District teachers’ terms and conditions of employment within the meaning of EERA section 3543.2., and extended that remedy to any successor, alias, or alter ego of the Senate, including Clovis Teachers Organization (CTO), an alter ego of the Senate, to the extent that CTO still exists or resumes activity.
