Although an individual unit member has standing to file a charge alleging failure to negotiate in good faith, the right to demand that the employer furnish information runs solely in favor of the exclusive representative. Where the union is satisfied with the employer's response to an information request, individual employees may not insert themselves between the employer and the exclusive representative.
