Description: Charging Parties Joei Dyes and the AnonymousKnowNothings appealed the dismissal of their unfair practice charge by PERB’s Office of the General Counsel. The charge, as amended, alleges that the Los Angeles Unified School District violated the Educational Employment Relations Act by harming Dyes’ ability to obtain and/or maintain employment with other public school employers, i.e., by “blacklisting” Dyes.
