Preliminary Rulemaking Activity
At the August 14, 2025 Board meeting, the Board authorized the expansion of the role of the rulemaking subcommittee to explore all facets of injunctive relief matters.
Prior Activities:
At the December 12, 2024 Board meeting, the Board authorized a subcommittee to explore potential changes to PERB’s regulations governing requests for injunctive relief.
