Non-Substantive Rulemaking Approved: File # 2026-0911-01-N
This rulemaking action provides non-substantive amendments to correct the lettering of subdivisions that were missing from PERB Regulations 32781 and 93020. Specifically, for Section 32781, the lettering for subdivisions (a) through (d) was re-added to the text of the regulations. For Section 93020, the lettering for subdivisions (b) and (c) was re-added to the text of the regulations. On October 20, 2026, the action was approved.
