The proposed regulations contain the Public Employment Relations Board’s rules that govern participation in PERB proceedings.
Status: Preliminary Rulemaking Activity:The Board approved proposed language at the April 11, 2024, Board meeting. Staff will now prepare the rulemaking package for submission to the Office of Administrative Law.
Prior Activity: At the October 12, 2023, Board meeting, the Board approved the preparation of regulations governing the recording of PERB proceedings.
