Board to Consider Updates to Draft Expedited Cases Regulations and First Draft of Reasonable Accommodation Regulations in December
The Board will consider updates to draft regulations related to expedited cases as well as the first draft of regulations regarding requests for accommodation at the regularly scheduled December 9, 2021 Board meeting.
The Board discussed the first draft of the proposed expedited case regulations at the October meeting and recommended changes as a result of the comments received from stakeholders. In October the Board also approved the preparation of a rulemaking package to add new PERB regulations governing requests for accommodation. The Board will discuss the proposed text of the draft regulations on the 9th.
