Notice of Modifications to Text of Proposed Regulations and Addition of Document to the Rulemaking File: Expedited Case Processing

Pursuant to the requirements of Government Code section 11346.8(c), and section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations, the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB or Board) is providing notice of changes made to amended regulation sections 32147 and 32305, which were subject to a previous 46-day notice period that closed on December 6, 2022.
Pursuant to the requirements of Government Code sections 11346.8(d) and 11347.1, PERB is providing notice that an Addendum to the Initial Statement of Reasons has been added to the rulemaking file and is available for public inspection and comment. The document is available for public inspection on PERB’s website at www.perb.ca.gov, and at PERB’s office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the following address:

If you have any comments regarding the proposed text changes or the Addendum to the Initial Statement of Reasons, the Board will accept written comments between May 5, 2023, and May 22, 2023.
