PERB to Hold Combined Oral Argument Involving Government Code 3550

The Public Employment Relations Board will hold combined oral arguments in four cases involving Government Code section 3550 on Thursday, July 23 at 1:30 p.m. The cases are:

• American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees, Local 3299 v. Regents of the University of California Case No. SF‑CE‑1188‑H
•  University Professional & Technical Employees—Communication Workers of America, Local 9119 v. Regents of the University of California Case No. SF-CE-1189-H
• Teamsters Local 2010 v. Regents of the University of California Case No. SF-CE-1192-H
• Teamsters Local 2010 v. Regents of the University of California Case No. SF-PE-5-H
