Rulemaking Approved: Transit – SC Metro and VTA
On June 30, 2025, the Office of Administrative Law filed PERB’s regulations with the Secretary of State. New regulations concerning the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority will take effect on October 1, 2025. Here is the text of the approved regulations.
