SMCS provides training and facilitation to both public agencies and employee organizations. We can tailor training and facilitation to meet your organization’s specific needs. The training can include:
- basics of labor relations,
- collective bargaining,
- contract negotiations,
- labor management committees,
- impasse procedures,
- and methods of improving labor/management relationships.
Facilitation often includes assistance with collective bargaining negotiations, labor-management committees, and interest-based bargaining (IBB).
