Ten-day period to apply for designation as TNC Driver Organization begins April 21, 2026
Pursuant to the Transportation Network Company Drivers Labor Relations Act, PERB is to designate a 10-day period every quarter during which an entity may apply for designation or renewal as a TNC driver organization. PERB has officially noticed the application periods for 2026; the next 10-day filing period runs from April 21 to April 30, 2026.
